For many organisations, the last 18 months has brought to the front of mind the importance of learning and development and how it can be effectively supported.

Employers must stand up to deliver learning experiences that meet the needs of their staff, business and market, or they will risk being left in the wake of digitalisation.

NEW WORKING MODELS

A significant transformation in the way we work continues to take shape.

It is still to be decided if the future model of work is remote, hybrid or flexible. Many industries are still in the experimental phase of learning from employees, reviewing productivity and adapting their working practices and supporting digital workplaces.

FLEXIBLE & REMOTE WORKING

Our insights showed a clear success for many organisations adapting in remote working.

However, for almost half (46%) of respondent’s adoption has not been so successful. There is further work to be done to find an operating rhythm that is suitable for all levels of seniority, organisation functions and business types.
